BOOTH LISTING 2019 ALPHA NUMERIC
Dear Entrepreneurs / Business Owners,
DFWICS wants to thank each and every supporter & participant for joining hands in making this event a grand success, each year including this 14th year. Please come by to pick up your tickets and parking pass on Thursday, 31st October from 6:15 PM to 8:30 PM at the following address: -

Just a reminder again the event is on Saturday, 2nd November 2019. All the booth owners are requested to be there before 1:30 PM to set up their booths. They can drive down all the way as close as possible to their assigned booth.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS
Do not forget to bring the following and Sterner is not allowed to use. Therefore, please make sure to have electric warmers to keep the food hot. Also, bring the following.
1. Fire Extinguisher
2. Hot temperature Thermometer
3. Gloves
4. Hair Nets
5. Paper rolls & Napkins
6. Extension Cords, etc.
We will provide you an electrical outlet, two tables and two chairs. You need to bring your own outlet surge protectors to connect to more than one extension with your own extension cords. General guideline instructions is attached.
Please be there before 1:30 PM on the day of the event and we will make sure your car or truck/van to drive as close as possible to your booth. Come by to pick up your tickets and parking pass with your assigned booth number on Thursday, 31st October between 6:15 PM To 8:30 PM at the above given address in Plano. We will provide you two tables, two chairs and an electrical Outlet.
1. You need to bring your own extension cords and any additional lighting you need.
2. Everyone has an assigned booth number and are allowed to sell from their booths only.
3. Do not go around to distribute fliers in and around the stadium.
4. Banners are allowed only in your booth not elsewhere.
5. Do not change your assigned booth numbers.

2. Copy of Food Permit from the city where the Restaurant is.
3. Copy of Legible inspection report
Food booth owners only:
Bring the following with you
1. Fire Extinguisher
2. Gloves
3. Hair Net
4. Wiping Towels
If you are planning to use Propane Gas, Fire Department will charge their fee of $150 to $200 dollars to get you a Fire Code Clearance permit which will be valid for one year in your business name to any event in Dallas area. See attached guidelines of the city.
